Jason's passion for market research started more than 10 years ago as part of The Recruit team; recruiting, managing projects, conducting research on several on-sites and a variety of studies. Jason has expertise in moderating focus groups, in-depth interviews, as well as creating the research design, writing reports, managing recruitment, and more! His passion consumer segments are Millennials and Gen Z consumers. Providing insights into understanding who they are, what they consume, what's important to them, and how best to reach and communicate with them. Jason studied business management at Northwood University and has also studied moderating directly with Dr. Darlene Williamson. Jace Research was started so that Jason Roberts can continue to do research the way he knows best, sharing knowledge with a team along the way.
Monique Abdul-Aziz (President, The Recruit) began her career in research more than 20 years ago as a research assistant and recruiter for a full-service market research company located in Michigan. It was Monique’s dream to establish a small, home-based consumer research recruitment business. Since its inception in the summer of 2005, The Recruit has become a competitive force for successfully recruiting qualified, targeted respondents for both qualitative and quantitative research studies. The Recruit specializes in recruiting and surveying general market and multi-cultural consumers. However, over the years has earned a niche in African American recruitment.
Darlene holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Statistics. Darlene is an experienced researcher and moderator with 30+ years of experience designing, executing and managing a range of qualitative and quantitative research studies. She has a wealth of experience conducting primary research studies using survey, ethnographic, and focus
group methodologies. She consults with cross-functional teams in major corporations, their advertising agencies and marketing firms.
